Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Returns: We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Returns must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
- Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after deduction of any shipping or handling fees. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
- Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
